Very rude woman on the phone. The recommendation on the website was to hire 2 people for 2 hours for a 2-bedroom apartment. I hired 3 people for 3 hours to ensure work is completed with no issues. The distance was about 10-15 minutes. At around the end of the 3rd hour, she called. I complained to her about the slow walking of the movers. She tried aggressively to convince me I was wrong. I told her I would leave a review. She responded that one negative review wouldn't matter, and said that she would tell movers to stop unloading and leave, and hung up the phone. The lead mover received a call from her but they didn't stop the work. Due to being behind schedule and her threat to have movers stop work, I, a senior citizen, was forced to participate in the move and hurt my back, which still hurts. She was very aggressive and unprofessional. How can a company allow someone with her attitude to talk to customers? Note that I had hired more than double the recommended help and still ha
